By 1994, the company had outgrown its humble beginnings and moved into a dedicated property, marking a new chapter in its growth. Ken’s son, Jeremy Smith, joined the company in 1995 at the age of 18, working his way up from technician to General Manager. Today, Jeremy holds a Master HVAC License in Virginia and continues the family’s legacy of hard work, dedication, and service excellence.
Now headquartered in Manassas Park, Virginia, K.W. Smith & Son has evolved into a thriving business with 15 full-time employees. We proudly serve the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. region, offering the same dependable service envisioned by Ken Jr. over three decades ago.
