We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Position: HVAC Technician (Entry-Level and Experienced)
Job Type: Full-time
Service Area: DMV area (Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland)
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
Responsibilities:
– Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems using appropriate tools and techniques.
– Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations related to HVAC installations and repairs.
– Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
– Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used.
– Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Skills:
– At least 1 year of residential or commercial HVAC experience preferred, with proficiency in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
– Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC equipment.
– Familiarity with appliance repair techniques related to HVAC systems.
– Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.
– Availability for long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for field service operations.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
